“The Sign of Water” at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Venice is an immersive exhibition that celebrates the beauty and power of water through contemporary art, with a strong orientation toward pop art. The show establishes a unique symbiosis between humanity and water, transforming the resort’s spaces into pathways of inspiration and discovery.
The artworks on display reflect a harmonious fusion of techniques—acrylics, tempera, and markers—focused primarily on portraits and three-dimensional creations. Many of these works are made using reclaimed materials, such as used brushes, adding a layer of uniqueness and environmental consciousness.

Open to both hotel guests and the public until November 2025 during the Venice Biennale, the exhibition can be easily accessed via the free shuttle service running every 30 minutes from the pier in front of the Giardini Reali di San Marco, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
