The conference organized by ABIFormazione and AbiEventi, in collaboration with the Directorate for Rules and Taxation of the ABI, addresses the current and future framework of the automatic exchange of information between tax authorities, highlighting operational differences and potential areas of application synergy. The Common Reporting Standard, the DAC2 Directive, and FATCA regulations have a significant impact on control systems, commercial strategies, contractual structures, risk management, and the tax frameworks of financial intermediaries, outlining a complex scenario that the conference interprets through a guiding thread aimed at a more efficient and coherent implementation of the regulatory framework. Within this context, DutyGorn’s work on display offers an interpretation of the latest evolution of the OCSE logo, transforming its sign into a visual structure open to change: yellow recalls the concept of value, both monetary and symbolic; black defines the core and perimeter of business; the intersection with white introduces movement, adaptation, and mediation, while formal anomaly reinforces the idea of transformation and red remains a point of strength and balance within the process.
